* I know I tend to be optimistic, and have been burned by that.  In some ways, it's better to overplay the expected effort, and then overdeliver (by coming in under on time).
* What we do is so abstract that sometimes it's hard to get people to pay attention.  

But, like any 'cry wolf' behavior, the returns diminish rapidly.</description>
